Plan:
I'm really, really trying to reduce my reliance on email because I've realized I
am not enjoying it at all and seeing it as a necessary but distasteful form
of communication. So while I'm not at the point of cutting it out entirely, I am
doing all that I can to reduce it so it takes up less time in my life. 

As you might expect, progress on this front is slow so far.
