My plan is to hang around until 2040 or so, by which time my great-
grandchildren should be going to college/and or getting married.

Between now and then I'll do what I can to help others and keep this
planet from being destroyed by its infestation of Homo Sapiens.

I'm experimenting here; I'll keep just the above details in the .plan
file on my own website, but use this one as a micro-blog, or as an
informal notepad, or as a playground for some of my creative urges.

That's what several other folks here seem to do, and it might actually
be fun.

Let's start this out by adding a link to the finger-ring

I took the first tentative steps today toward accomplishing what has
become a major portion of my .project for the coming months:
"categorize 30 years worth of bookmarks and notes."

The bookmarks project saw some early progress but little is being done
recently. Installed software that potentially could offer great
benefit (Zotero) but its learning curve is steeper than I expected. I
think I'll make one more attempt with it before returning to my normal
"simple is better" mode.
